You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For training courses, access will be provided immediately upon successful registration.

Refund Policy for Supplies

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all unopened permanent makeup supplies. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original, unopened condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund Policy for Training Courses

We offer a 24-hour refund policy for our training courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided, as access to the course materials will be granted upon registration. Exchanges
